    This place was fantastic. From the moment I arrived it was very clean inside and out. The restaurant smelled amazing and it was busy. I worded a shrimp and bacon burrito and it was absolutely fantastic. The counter agent that took our order did it so with a smile and a great attitude.

    Love the chicken bowl! I like the real ceramic bowls and real utensils Used to like the wheat tortilla option. And used to like the sack of free chips! I know, these are expemsive

    Went there today (April 27, 2019 at around 12:15 p.m.) and I was greeted with the worst customer service I have ever experienced at Rubio's. I have been going to Rubio's for many years but unfortunately, because of the negative experiences from today I will not be a returned customer. I simply asked the cashier to have my burrito cut in half and wrapped separately and she (African American female-I did not catch her name) gave me an attitude and made it appear as if my request was unrealistic.

    Food is great. This visit at the Henderson location forgot my order... Twice. The friends I went with all were finished eating before I got my order. However, Denny was awesome! He kept checking with me, got me a drink, offered me a cookie, then arranged to get me a free meal. He wasn't even the manager! He was cleaning tables and stocking stuff. He was the only one who seemed to care. He was truly concerned about my experience. Denny should be the manager there!

    Delicious!! I had the shrimp taco plate. Excellent service from Marcos, too! Will be back again.
